Benita A. Lloyd

Benita A. Lloyd has been practicing in excess of 30 years. She concentrates her practice mainly in all areas of family law, including separations, divorce, property settlements, post separation support, alimony, child custody, child support, guardianships, termination of parental rights and adoptions. Ms. Lloyd also handles matters involving collections, specifically for timeshare developments and condominium associations; real estate transactions, specifically timeshare transfers; estate planning and administration, specifically powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills and wills. She is also a mediator, and has mediated numerous family law cases.
